Raspberry Matcha Latte

Introducing a refreshing twist to your classic latte: the Raspberry Matcha Latte. This variation combines the earthy richness of matcha with the sweet and tangy notes of raspberry puree, creating a vibrant and invigorating drink perfect for any time of the day. With just a handful of ingredients, including matcha powder, almond milk, and fresh raspberries, this recipe is sure to be the drink of your summer.

Ingredients:

  • raspberry puree (to taste; we used about 2oz for one portion)

  • 1tbsp matcha powder

  • 60ml water

  • 300ml almond milk

  • raspberries (to top!)

Directions:

  1. Start by adding a small layer of raspberry puree to the bottom of your cup. Gently tilt the cup to coat the sides with the puree, creating a beautiful base for your latte.

  2. In a separate bowl or pot, whisk the matcha powder with water until smooth and frothy.

  3. Pour the almond milk into your prepared cup, then gently add the matcha mixture on top, letting it blend with the raspberry puree.

  4. Finish by topping your latte with fresh raspberries and a few cubes of ice if you prefer it cold. Enjoy your vibrant and refreshing Raspberry Matcha Latte!
