Ingredients: 3 overripe bananas2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)1 egg1 tsp pure vanilla extract1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats1 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp fine sea salt1/2 cup of chocolate chips (or other add-ins, like shredded coconut, dried cranberries, raisins, chopped nuts, cinnamon chips, etc.) Instructions: To begin, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.Mash all the bananas together in a large mixing bowl. Continue adding in the wet ingredients (honey, egg, and vanilla). Stir to combine.Begin adding the dry ingredients (oats, cinnamon, and sea salt).
