Crockpot Veal Tenderloin

Crockpot recipes are perfect for people on the go, with busier lifestyles. Not only is it a convenient method of cooking, but the end results are super tender, and flavorful. To take this recipe to the next level, we marinate veal in a blend of some of my favorite seasonings overnight, brown the edges of the meat in a skillet with butter, and then slow cook it. The flavors are truly incredible!

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs veal

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp vegeta

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 cup dried parsley

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 4-5 cloves of garlic

  • 1 large yellow onion

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, season your veal with salt, vegeta, pepper, paprika, dried parsley, and olive oil. Make sure the seasoning is evenly distributed among the veal, and let it marinate overnight. This step locks in flavor.

  2. Once the veal has marinated overnight, add the butter to a hot skillet pan and brown all edges of the veal until it has a crispy outer crust.

  3. Transfer your browned veal to your slow cooker and add the garlic and onion on top to cook. You can also add in any other vegetables you might like here.

Enjoy your tasty, tender veal!

I like to pair the veal tenderloins with a side, like golden potatoes!
