Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake

Indulge during this cozy season with our delicious Apple Cinnamon Cheesecake recipe! A buttery cookie crust is filled with rich and soft organic cream cheese, layered with tender, cinnamon-spiced apples, and baked to perfection. This dessert is the ultimate combination of warm spices, crisp apples, and creamy decadence, making it perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml heavy whipping cream

  • 400 g cookies

  • 150 g softened butter

  • 650 g organic cream cheese

  • 150 g sugar

  • 3 eggs

Base:

  1. Crumble 400 g of cookies in a blender bowl and beat into crumbs. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and add 150g of softened butter, mix well.

  3. Line a 22 cm springform pan with parchment paper, spread the buttered cookies, smooth out and shape the sides. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly. Do not turn off the oven.

Cheese:

  1. For the filling, beat 3 eggs in a bowl and add 150 g of sugar. Beat with a blender until light foam.

  2. Pour 250 ml of whipping cream into a bowl and whisk again until the ingredients are mixed.

  3. Add 650g of cream cheese and beat until smooth. Reduce oven temperature to 160 degrees.

  4. Pour half of the cream mixture into the cookie tin.

  5. Apples: Before pouring cheese mixture cook apples with butter, sugar, and cinnamon until tender. Set aside.

    • 3-4 apples, diced

    • 50g brown sugar

    • 1 tsp cinnamonβ€’ 1 tbsp butter

  6. Put apple filling on top of first cheese layer.

  7. Pour another half of the cheese mixture.

  8. Carefully level the top with a spatula.

  9. Place in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After that, let the cheesecake cool completely at room temperature, put some apple cinnamon filling (preferably) and then put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
