The Perfect Quiche
Quiche is a traditional French tart made from egg custard, usually paired with more savory ingredients. Perfect hot and cold, this dish tastes just as good fresh as when it’s a leftover. This recipe is versatile and adaptable to the ingredients you have in your refrigerator and your own tastes as well.
Instructions:
Melt the butter, mix it with sour cream, and add the baking powder.
Sift flour into the mixture.
Place it into 9” pie pan and press. Put the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream with 4-5 eggs. Add some salt.
Add the mozzarella cheese on the bottom, then the rest of the filling.
Pour the sour cream with the egg mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes on 350F.
Around 3-5 minutes before taking it out of the oven you may add more cheese on the top.
