Cottage Cheese Scones

Ingredients
1/2 lbs (8 oz) fresh cottage or farmerβs cheese
1 egg
2-3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Shape into little balls of dough and press down gently to flatten them.
Lightly fry them in coconut oil or butter.
