Cottage Cheese Scones

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbs (8 oz) fresh cottage or farmer’s cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 2-3 tbsp flour

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Shape into little balls of dough and press down gently to flatten them.

  3. Lightly fry them in coconut oil or butter.

  4. Glaze with our orange glaze (optional)
