Creamy Warm Oats
This is the perfect recipe for a brisk cold morning. These creamy warm oats are filled with delicious and rich fibers which are the best way to start your day. Ingredients:
1/3 cup organic oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flax
1/2 diced apple / 1 mashed banana/ berries of choice
handful of raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of cardamom
1.5 cups of water
Instructions:
Boil water.
Stir in oats. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally.
Remove from heat, top with walnuts, berries, and almond butter
