Ingredients:
1 cup berries fresh/frozen
1 banana
1 cup plant milk
1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
Toppings:
Goji berries
Flax seeds
Cacao nibs
Nuts
Chia seeds
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer into a bowl and sprinkle the toppings.
