Breakfast Berry Bowl

Smoothie bowls have become largely popular in the past year, thanks to the internet. Thick in texture and full of fruits and other toppings, they are a superb way to get your daily intake of fruit and fibers and feel full for a longer time. With a variety of wonderful toppings to choose from, like goji berries, flax seeds, cacao nibs, and more, the possibilities are endless. What’s not to like?

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup berries fresh/frozen

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup plant milk

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)

Toppings:

  • Goji berries

  • Flax seeds

  • Cacao nibs

  • Nuts

  • Chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer into a bowl and sprinkle the toppings.

  3. Enjoy your meal!
